Simon Kennedy is an accredited St James Ethics Centre Educator and an independent HR Consultant with Audrey Page & Associates. He has more than fifteen years’ experience in leading organisations and individuals through change. This diverse background includes significant projects with clients across the finance, pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors, with an emphasis on employee engagement and change management. Kennedy is a specialist trainer and educator, regularly involved in designing and delivering workshops, group facilitation and public speaking. He has previously held roles in international community development and maintains an active interest in youth and development issues within Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Simon Kennedy served on the Board of Youth Challenge Australia for 14 years until 2011. His qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Studies and a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics. He is a Graduate of Social Leadership Australia.
